No Goodbye
I lie here on cold floors.
Drenched in endless tears.
Soaked in dreaded water, laden with all my fears.
My heart black and faded.
My soul dead as night.
So with rags and writings I curse the garish light.
I keep what's inside, with none I console.
I drown in the sorrows, which purge my mind.
It's one I desire, yet unable to find.
I need not one to hold and embrace.
I need not one to wipe the tears from my face.
I need not one's warmth when I'm weak.
It's no one, no one which I seek.
With tears softly falling, I die deep inside.
There will no one to help when I bleed.
There will be no one when I cry.
There will be no one.
