Hey guys, a new question has come up.
So, basically the question is about the location of Titans East (Jump City), and Titans West (Steel City).
All we know for sure is that Jump City is connected to a very large body of water, most likely, an ocean. Now, whether it's the Atlantic or the Pacific is unknown.
If it's the Atlantic, then Jump City will have to be on the northern region of the east coast because the southern region doesn't get as much snow as Jump City did in the show.
If it's the Pacific, then the same thing. I'm not very familiar with the wheather patterns of California, or the west coast in general, but I do know that when you have a giant mountain range like the west side of the United States does it affect the wheather patterns. So, it wouldn't be impossible for snow.
As far as the comic goes. Originally, the first Titans Tower was on the east coast, and rather close to the New York area. The only thing about that is that the location of Titans Tower has changed throughout comic history. They moved from the east coast to the west coast, and as of right now, Titans "West" is on the west coast and they're the good guys while Titans "East" is going to be in New York and they're the bad guys headed by Slade.
So really, it's whatever we decided. If we want we can try to stay true to both the original comic and the cartoon as best we can (since the cartoon was based off the original comic to start with). If we do that though, that'll leave us to come up with an explanation for where Titans West was/is/went/etc.
So, thoughts?
